Need to Cancel?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund, minus a small £15 admin fee. If you need to cancel within 7 days of your stay, we’ll do our best to rebook your dates. If we succeed, we’ll refund your payment in full (less the admin fee).
We’re a small, independent retreat, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. We recommend taking out travel insurance just in case life throws a curveball.
